I ordered online. When I arrived the order was not ready (I arrived early). There was a person who arrived after I did, ordered at the store, and her order was completed before mine. That seemed unusual to me. My order was completed 20 minutes after I submitted it online.

Customer service was really bad. They don't have any lids for their bowls, which spilled over. The manager should take a class in customer service.
