Not a great experience. I placed an order online, used a birthday reward, and came to find out the location was not opened. They were suppose to be open at 7am and I arrived at 7:15am and doors were locked and I waited until 7:30am but had to leave due to work so I was not able to get my order.

The first time I visited your site I was thrown off by the "build a bowl" concept. I am still fairly new to Nectar and was looking for the pre-designed bowls on your online ordering menu. I ended up just coming to the store and asking for help to get one of the bowls I was more familiar with. The next time I was able to order off the app.
