Very good. I have been going to this location for a while and some of the employees already know me by name and always say high and greet with a smile. Smoothies have been good, they make them consistently so I keep coming back.

The store was not notified I had ordered the one day cleanse ahead of time (2 day lead time on the app), so it took a little longer to get my order, and I felt bad for the workers who were confused and didn’t have it set aside.

This the best location I have visited. Always consistent with their recipes. The others I have been to are not as good. The one in Huntington Beach (Seacliff) is my least favorite. Their base in the bowls is a smoothie so it is always runny and the recipes are inconsistent. They are also no friendly. The Irvine location is the total opposite. There is a young gentleman that works there with longer curly hair and he always greats with a smile and provides great service!

Came in for a mobile order pick up. Wasn’t greeted. Both people behind the counter, were making drinks. There were a couple of other customers waiting for their items at the pick up counter as well. When one of the servers was done making a drink, they turned around to give it to the person, and did not follow up with any of the other people that were waiting to see what they were waiting for. Then turned around to make other drink. When a server turned around once again, I caught their attention to see if my drink was ready, and it had been sitting in the refrigerator. It would be great if there was some acknowledgment of a new face, obviously waiting for their order. Drink was great except this is the second time I’ve had chopped up date pits. Not just small either. They look like baby teeth.
