No one greeted me despite two employees walking through the front area and only after waiting several minutes standing at mobile pickup did someone come to ask if I had an order. It was sitting in the fridge just waiting. No one was making smoothies and one girl was just taking orders, no long line or anything so they should be educated in greeting people, making them feel welcome, and asking if they need anything instead of just standing around or walking into the back, back to the front, back to the back, etc. in silence. The smoothie was delicious.

First there is never anyone at the front. They are often in the back and unaware of customers in the store. Also every time I order in the app and add the extra PB, which costs an additional $1, it is never in there. And it is not worth going back to get it. A little frustrating. They are always super nice and on time with the orders. Just not always reading the ticket?

Customer service was good but there is work needed on the app to order. My order requested a mix of acai and ube base. Went to pick up and was notified that the store has been out of the ube base for about a month but it still shows on the app as an available option to choose. Please fix this as this is misleading. You should only offer items you have in stock.

New app is not working well. The item I ordered was not available. I didn't really want another item, but no choice. Old app used to tell you when something was sold out. I've also had to do some orders in person and didn't get points because the app wouldn't work.
