I ordered ahead through the app. I arrived after the time it was supposed to be ready, but they didn’t pull my ticket and start my order until I said my name for pick up. They forgot 2 of the 3 items and I had to ask for them to be made. I asked for a spoon for my açaí bowl and the employee told me they were out. How do you expect me to eat an açaí bowl without a spoon? The employees were less than friendly as well. What was supposed to be a quick pick up and go was an unfortunate experience overall.

It was great! I walk in to pick up my order and the gentleman working behind the counter asked the name for the order and was working on completing it. I was in and out in about less than 5 mins!
