This location can be quite slow. I ordered 10+min before arriving, and when I got there, I ended up waiting another 5+ min for my bowl to be made.

I submitted a mobile order. It said it would be ready st 11:31am. When I arrived at 11:38am, it has not been started. The employee was very nice and said my drink would be ready in 2 minutes. It took about 5. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue but I happened to be in a rush on my lunch break and needed to get back to work.
