When placing a large order of grab and go's it would be helpful if they were pulled and bagged prior to pick up. I ordered 8 grab and go's today for a client meeting assuming they would be pulled and ready for pick up. Was late to my client meeting waiting for someone on your staff to just garb a bag for me to be able to pull my own. Will probably order from a different location next time that will pull larger orders in advance.

Order wasn't ready when I got there (I ordered online and arrived early so I was not expecting it to be ready), I sat down while they were making my order but when after about 10 minutes I went to check on my order and they had made it and put it in the freezer without letting me know it was ready.
