My experience was good. Sometimes I do feel like I have to wait a while for picking up my online order. I wish you had a section to the side of the counter for customers to stand next to so they can get the mobile pickup faster. Maybe even have a bell for when associates are in back and need to be notified someone is at the counter.

This is the worst Nekter location I have ever been too. They made my drinks wrong and when I went back to talk to an employee about it and she didn’t want to help me at all.. she said there is no manager on staff and didn’t care to hear what I had to say
