Suggestion to put safety stickers on the lids of all your drinks, and all other food items to go when door dashing. Also, with smoothies, there should be an area where you can say. Please add extra ice.

I ordered online to your store by accident and tried to cancel it immediately. The app does not allow cancellations and says to call the store directly. I've called 5 times with no answer each time.

There is no correspondence thru ordering ie driver. gate code and contactless info. I would like to know when food is dropped off and track driver some how. Thank u. We love Nekter

Every time is Great, even when busy!

I keep ordering the vitamin D shots, but you guys keep sending me the immunity! Today I ordered six vitamin D shots, the red ones and you guys sent me six of the orange immunities! This is happened twice now can you please tell me why

My order was not received by the staff, but they quickly made my order and were apologetic about it.

I love Nekter but sad you can order a legit dinner and have it before a smoothie at this location. They are at least twice as slow as any other location for whatever reason. We literally watched a couple go into Morena’s eat dinner and walk out before we got our smoothies. Bananas. To owner - Let me buy this location from you and show you how I can double sales. I give you 50% of additional sales for 3 years.

Hi—I ordered two bowls and juice. My daughter picked up the order and she asked if there was anything else in the order and they said no so I paid for a juice I never received and I am unable to get in touch with the store. There is no answer and only says it is unavailable. :(

What’s the point off this survey if you don’t listen to customers?????!!! Would 1 star yelp review would wake you up????!!!!!

This was my first time here, I usually go to a different Nekter. We love Nekter. The service here was mediocre, 3 people working and seemed frazzled, hectic. I placed my order online to pickup and happy I did. A couple items, (banana and granola), were forgotten so I had to go back. Otherwise, the bowls & juice tasted fantastic!

I was forced to give 1 star in order to post my feedback. We have been a regular loyal customer until you decided to change your recipe or your employees are trained right. Either way there are many other businesses worthy of my business. Buh bye!!
