Fast service but sometimes they have the smoothie sitting on the side. I was it as frozen as possible when I get it vs soupy.

Overall the service has been great both times at Nekter. A few thing from both experiences as feedback to further enhance is the customer knowledge on understanding how the app works for rewards vs in stores.
I also would reccommend more smiles and a welcoming environment. The two gentlemen are nice, but adding a smile, asking how the customer is and improving their hospitality would take it to another level. I enjoy a place when I feel valued and welcomed, not just a hello, what can I get you today.
