The product is good, but I walked in the store and was not greeted for up to two minutes. The woman who appeared to be the owner or manager, did not look up from the paperwork she was doing. I found that a little strange.

I ordered a juice and about 1/4 of it was all foam. These drinks are expensive and I would expect to get a full size of the drink. When I told the lady at pic up all she said was “I’m sorry”

We love your products, however, the app is not user friendly and it will regularly delete my order as I’m trying to checkout. The quality of employees at all of the Nekter locations I’ve been to is bad (Colorado, Arizona and Southern California). They are slow and don’t care. The Nekter in Newport Beach won’t allow you to order waffles without dairy. They are lazy and unable to keep up with orders. I want Nekter to be great, I eat there whenever we can can but ordering and dealing with the employees is the worst. I really hope you are able to improve that situation.
