Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback about my recent experience. I walked in and went directly to the mobile order pickup area. I had placed an online order for the blueberry almond butter, and there was one sitting there. When I asked if it was mine, I was told no and then told I needed to order first—despite having already ordered online.
Meanwhile, the only other customer who walked in was being helped. My app already showed my order as ready, so it was a bit frustrating to be dismissed rather than simply asked if I had placed a mobile order and for my name to verify.
In the future, it would be more helpful to ask if someone ordered ahead before assuming they’re just grabbing something.
