I received an email about a complimentary beverage last week that expires today. I was not able to use it because it would not show up on my app. The Team said there was nothing they could do because it’s a glitch with the app and “they can’t do anything about that.” They stated the app is not good and this happens often. Not sure why they would have not just waived the drink fee? Not sure if they are empowered to do that?
