I have gone to this Nektar often over several years. The food and customer service are always excellent, but the past two visits have been exceptional. The nice gentleman who helped me is very kind, and went out of his way to help me out. I visited the Harbor View location on Tuesday, 3/19 and Thursday, 3/21 between 12-1 on both days.

Unfortunately though, I paid $13 for a chocolate peanut butter smoothie and it is mostly chocolate with very little peanut butter.
I am not feeling well and in bed, otherwise, I would drive down and ask for a replacement. :(
