The only issue I have is and this is a small thing but when you order on the app for the Harborview store on San Miguel and you get the mango delight, it does no longer give you the option to sub the cashew milk for orange juice it only gives you the option to sub the cashew milk for coconut water. You used to be able to do this. At other nectar stores you still can do this. For some reason it doesn’t let you do it at the Harborview store.

I wish this process was a little faster. I'd probably visit every day I was scheduled to work, but even when placing an order online and driving over, we (my coworkers and I) always know there is going to be a wait. It's what prevents us from visiting more frequently. Sometimes the workers are friendly. I wouldn't ever say that they are UNFRIENDLY, just not very engaging and/or sometimes don't even acknowledge you with the exception of asking "mobile/online order?" I completely understand feeling overwhelmed, and so I don't hold it against them. Otherwise, I really do enjoy the items you guys offer!
