Guest service and speed consistently exceed expectations! But this time I want to mention how fantastic the actual products are. I was sick earlier this week, and I have a Robeks and a Juice it Up! near my house... OMG Nekter wins, hands down!

Love this nekter. The only thing is I wish you could sub out cashew milk for orange juice on the mango delight on the app. You used to be able to do that. Now the only option is to sub with coconut water. Not sure why.?

I go to nektar for my immunity shots , I was a regular visitor during pandemic times , I guess I should start again because it’s a bit time consuming to make immunity shots at home ( sometimes I am out turmeric or something else ) but ordering online and picking up in store is easy peasy as they say , after all one should never compromise on health
Customer service is a little below average. The taste of the smoothie is average at best.

I ordered and was notified it would be ready in 15. It wasn't.
It was not even started so normally, not a big deal, but I was taking a break from work so it was a little frustrating.
Each time I go there, there's a wait, which is why I rarely get Nektar.
