I ordered an açaí berry bowl via Uber Eats so I can’t speak to the store experience, but the bowl was perfect. Delicious, beautiful, and really fresh fruit toppings.

Ordered online and went in to grab my bowl and I told them my name and she looked back and said they were making it. After 3 other customers who came in after me and ordered at the counter got theirs and I was still waiting. One of the girls who were making the bowls asked the girl at the register what my name was and then pulled my bowl that was chilling in the fridge out and gave it to me…. it was already made and I was waiting for no reason

Great. Bowl was ready when I came in for pick up and it was a few minutes before the expected ready time. Bowl tasted great as well.

The bowls are great. The fees and delivery charges are a bit extreme, but overall I always enjoy ordering from Nektar

The customer service and taste were fine it’s just that the juice nor bowl were filled all the way. The bowl has a good inch of space above the fruit, took a picture of you want to see. That’s why I’ll likely go to the Town and Country location.

I am a weekly customer. For the 2nd time in a row something was wrong with my bowl - today it was missing the extra almond butter on the top. For this survey to be meaningful I believe you should add a few questions about accuracy and quality. Twelve dollars is too much to spend when I'm getting inconsistent quality. My order is always to go so I don't know until I get home.
