Typically everything is perfect but my bowl was barely filled compared to my wife’s. Only half the bowl was filled? Also I did not have any agave on mine.

My smoothie bowls came back watery and slushy-like. I was then told that b/c I didn’t want one fruit in my bowl, it was replaced with ice. If I wanted to add/replace one fruit for another, I might be charged extra for certain fruit. I’ve gotten the same bowl for the past 6 months and never had an issue. Not sure if processes are changing but please stop.

I love Nekter and am always happy with my order except my last order I paid for peanut butter on top of my acai bowl and left the shop without checking the bowl. When I got to my destination, I opened my bowl and there was no peanut butter :(
