I ordered a peanut butter bowl and instead I was given a regular berry bowl. I took it to go so I didn’t realize it until I got to my office. So frustrating! Why don’t people pay attention to get it right?!

My açaí bowl was watery, it was more like a drink than a frozen bowl, it wasn’t very appetizing.

I ordered a bowl with no coconut flakes and got home to see the flakes were on top. Frustrating. But the bowl was good after I picked the coconut off as best as I was able.

The gals at this location are always friendly & courteous. It doesn’t matter how busy they are there is always a greeting and thank you. And they make a great protein power bowl.

Placed a pick up order. Unfriendly staff. Went directly to the pick up line, one girl taking orders and another girl in the back doing nothing and completing ignoring me. Finally got my order and they left it just sitting out there so my açaí bowl was basically a smoothie in a bowl.

My bowl was ready upon arrival and the staff was friendly however it was sadly made incorrectly, (received a green bowl 3/4 the way full and I ordered the PB protein)

I love Nékter juice bar, and I am so excited to have found you! The options are wonderful and the juice is fantastic! The açai bowls are fantastic too.
The workers are better at some locations than others.
I’ve already been telling my friends to go to Nékter. It’s just that it’s not in everyone’s price range, but I think it’s worth it for the health benefits.
