Unfortunately, my experience was not great with my most recent trip to Nekter. I had placed a pick up order and when I arrived my order was not ready. This was due to the printing being broken and then not seeing my order. They were very nice and quickly made my order, but then gave it to me in the last bag they had left which was covered in fruit remnants. Overall could have been a much better experience.

Not taking any orders because they are busy with online orders!? That’s unprofessional.

Fast, Friendly and delicious Thank you

Understaff for a Saturday. Customers were waiting for awhile. Employee looked stressed and I seen her storm off to cry. Drinks were not great because of this situation since they were backed up.

Love Nekter’s smoothies, but waited half an hour in the store for 2 that I actually ordered ahead.

Items were packaged nicely and tasted delicious. There were no errors in the order either which is always a welcomed surprise with food delivery.

Chick with the septum piercing seemed annoyed I was 4 minutes early to pickup & even asked what my pickup time was. Then waited to make my order until it came out after my pickup time lol sorry you’re having a bad day & it bothered you I was a few minutes early to an online order :(

Sometimes the smoothies are runny and not thick enough like you think a smoothie would be.

Great place, staff friendly, just every now and then I’ll order and the order isn’t ready within the 20 min time frame. Also, hours, if I’m going into work at 7 it be great to open 1 hr earlier? Only reason I say is because I love the bowls for breakfast, but I’m at work by 815-830ish and store isn’t open until 8….so I been going to Jamba.
