You decided to make all of the people that walked up, and it was a lot, before you made my online order even though I had been sitting there for 20 minutes.
You need to prioritize correctly.
Now that I just received the bowl it is only half as full as it normally is.
I would like a refund please (since I used my free points).

The girls were overwhelmed and needed more help. They worked hard and were sweet. I ordered at 10:29 it said it would be ready at 10:44. I didn’t get it until after 11. A few minutes is reasonable for and online order but 15-20 minutes is too long
