Too much agave is put into the elderberry smoothie. I wish there was a “lite agave” option while ordering.

Ordered an Immunity bowl with gluten free granola on the side for delivery. Bowl was half empty and had no Vanilla Chia in it. Called the store the gal who answered asked me to come get a new one. I explained the reason I ordered for delivery was because I’m sick. She said she couldn’t refunded I have to call her manager. I called the manager’s private cell phone I guess????? With no answer. Mistakes happen but allow your employees to fix them.
Slower than usual but they seemed to be pretty backed up and it sounded like one of the girls was new. They were still friendly and the quality of our order was great, so thank you! :)
