Employees were polite. However it took 45 mins plus to receive my order. I placed it through the app and it was explained to me that walk ins come before app orders no matter the time stamp. The app is there for a convenience, and this defeated the purpose. The quality of food on e received was good, just wish the service was better. Customers were also notified when they were coming in how backed up they were and there were probably 5 orders that ended up walking out the door. I also tried to cancel the order through the app and it notified me to go into the store. When I did, the employees said that they can’t cancel the order, again, defeats the purpose of making it easy for customers.
