All good. Employee was helpful with App. Was friendly and to the point. Don't change a thing.

Team members are friendly, but that’s where it ends. Poorly managed, dirty location. Consistently busy but they don’t hire enough staff or have a shift lead, so nobody cares. Frequently out of ingredients and average wait time for a bowl is 40 minutes. Once witnessed a girl have a mental breakdown as she was the only one who showed up for work that day. Never going back.

You were out of GF granola and I was still charged. 30 mins late as well.

Usually it’s very good. Today was horrible! It was supposed to be ready at 808…. I got there around 815— was not ready and was told I had to wait until they made it. Time management with the staff this morning needs to be addressed. I was late to work because of this.

I ordered on line it was a 15 minute pick up time. Arrived to be told another 10 minutes. Normally would be okay but on a time crunch

My last was great Great!!! I did a Fantastic review. Why does the reply say sorry.? Mkistake made?

Got the order wrong. Remade, but doesn't taste like it should. One employee said my order was still being made. But the entire time was in the fridge. Employees seem disorganized.
