This time they seemed way behind. Mine wasn’t even started when I arrived 20 min after ordering. So I had to wait another 15.

The food is always delicious. The speed, even when ordering through the app is slow.

I had to wait for a while to get my smoothie. The employees ended up just grabbing a pre-made (extra) strawberry banana smoothie from the freezer area after about 20 minutes of me waiting, but I don't know if it was actually mine as I ordered it with mango/pineapple as well.
I had a question for how to "check in" at the register for the promotion of the free bowl and the employees also weren't familiar with the program and how to use the app either.

good there were more workers than there usually are which s great. i say 4 workers at all times is a good idea but not less than 4
