Wow I saw allllllll new staff and I can also taste the difference in my order. Everything tasted 100 times better. Nothing was watered down and they actually tasted how I first remembered. And staff ALL had a beautiful smile!
So I placed an order on google and it wasn’t ready but it was being worked on I was also early for picking it up. I went to this chain in Torrance and the granola was much more in the layer this was super thinly spread out. Not sure if they were rushing cause I was there. I will surely be back here because the location is so much closer to my home. I just like consistency. I know I can add more granola and I may in the future .

You should extend your timing schedule on busy saturdays. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes past scheduled time So a total 30 minutes for a bowl.
