Mobile order took almost an hour. Worker was kind and courteous. The delay was likely due to understaffing. The poor guy was manning the entire shop on his own during peak dinner hour. We didn’t see any other worker but him. He appeared overwhelmed with orders. We don’t blame him. He was doing the best that he could.

The young lady who helped me today was super cheerful and nice, and actually was engaging when I picked up my order. Super polite. I left with a smile on my face and my order was correct too on top of it!

The woman that helped me was nice. I could tell she was very busy but at least should said she’d be right with me. When she did help me and hand me my bowl she asked me if I wanted a bag. She never smiled. But the excuse I give her is that she was busy. I appreciate her and I appreciate Nekter.

Hi, while the staff was very nice, I preordered a juice cleanse and they had no idea where to find my order or what was included with it. They ended up calling a supervisor who helped them located it, but it took about 10-minutes from the time I walked in to pick up to actually grab my preorder and go. There was no one else in the store at the time.

We really enjoy Nektar's bowls. Super healthy & yummy.
Was a little disappointed when we saw that they still added coconut flakes when we requested them not to be in the bowl. (I love them, but my daughter does not.) Andi was super excited to use the coupon for the free cashew chia pudding. But it was included as a scoop on top instead of a layer. No biggie really. Still tasted yummy!
