TERRIBLE customer service. Employee looked like he didn't want to be there, he wasn't friendly at all. I went on Saturday November 9 at around 5:10pm. I ordered a smoothie and it was bad. It tasted like water. I've been here before and I've had the same drink and I can say for a fact that it did not taste right. It was so extremely watered down. It was a smoothie, not a juice. Maybe train your employees more thoroughly. I'm sure the employee doesn't want to be there at work on a Saturday but it doesn't mean that he should give bad customer service and mess up my drink.
I order my own smoothie, it was very tasty perfect.

The PB smoothie with greenie wasn’t made right. I get it all the time and the taste was off. Also, it did not seem the smoothies were kept at a proper temperature as they were sweeting and not cold. I picked the drinks up 2 minutes prior to the ready time.

Ordered two of the same bowls. They used too much cashew milk as both bowls were soupy. I knew this would happen. Next time I’ll just order two different styles. Both bowls were like drinking a smoothie.

It would be nice if you’re going to charge a premium for your drinks you should have Service be fast it took 15 minutes to get a 1 smoothie. Also get more blenders.

We love Nektar, but this trip was our worst experience in that both our smoothies did not taste good at all. They were very icey and the Popeye's Acai literally had not flavor. Unfortunately we did not try them till we were in the car and couldn't go back to complain. It was very disappointing.

Every time I go to this location I never have an issud! Nekter in general is my favorite juice and smoothie stop and whenever I order online it’s either ready when I walk in or only takes a few minutes for it to be ready. It’s always perfect!

I couldn’t taste the peanut butter in my smoothie at all; I had the same exact one in Orange the day before and it tasted way more - plus they put it in a bigger cup since there was extra in the blender. There was clearly extra smoothie today at Tustin that the employee attempted to drink but then the manager got onto him so he couldn’t and threw it away. I’d prefer to get the extra if there is any since I did pay for the item they made. And make sure you add the PB so it’s present since it’s called the PB smoothie. Thanks.

I order on the app and got there 10 minutes early. My smpothole was in the fridge & by the time a team member helped it me maybe 5 minutes had passed. The smoothie was very watery. Almost like a juice. It was a bummer
