The guy who gave me my smoothie seemed like he was not that thrilled to be there.

Great smoothies, juices, & bowls- great quality. Fast service, especially if ordered online.

Wait time for mobile order over 5 minutes. For the cost of a smoothie at Nekter I do not agree with the wait time. Staffing needs to increase in this particular location.

Everyone was clearly working very hard but it did take about 50 min from the time I ordered on the app to get our smoothies. I understand it does take time because everything is fresh but it was a bit frustrating. But, again I do understand. The one thing that was very upsetting to me was that there was a young man working with long hair and he continuously used his hands to wipe the sweat off his forehead and ran his hands through his hair to get it out of his face. Then he used his hands to grab the fruit and veggies he was putting in the smoothies. I told a gal that was close by that he wasn’t using gloves, hoping that would stop him from doing that. She told him to put gloves on but then he continued doing the same thing. Thankfully he didn’t make my smoothies or I probably would have asked for a refund and not taken them. He was very nice and was working extremely hard but he needs to be informed that this is not appropriate and clean practice for his job. It was very upsetting and truthfully makes me question going back again. I wouldn’t want to get him into trouble in his job but he does need to be trained properly. Thank you.

My order was ready when I walked in (i had ordered it through the app) and the customer service was great, I was greeted and they were very nice. My ONLY complaint is that my smoothie was slightly watered down (liquidy).

I used to give this place 5 stars and been a regular since they opened this location. The last few trips my drinks seems as it has been water down or lack of any flavor at all. My baby even pushed away his Berry Smoothie that he would jump for when he sees his little purple color cup. I haven't commented to the establishment about this because I'm always on the go and have a baby with me. Hopefully someone from there reads this and take action. I'm sad to say that I won't be returning to this location any longer. Hopefully Orchard Hills is up to par if not I'll just have to make the extra drive to Whole Foods or start juicing again on my own.

The smoothies are always very icy and tend to be bland. It doesn't matter which store I go to that this is the case. I think your juices are pretty good but you need to work on your smoothie recipe.

I’ve had a few smoothies made that I regularly order that have not been blended well, don’t taste good (proportions of ingredients are off), or gotten peanut butter instead of almond butter (1x)

Very frequent customer. First time at this locaction Store was busy and mobile order was not ready. They rushed the smoothie and it was watery with ice/fruit not blended well. They insisted to remake it “very good”, but turned out same. I don’t mind waiting a couple mins, but waiting and not getting a good smoothie.

The only criticism I have is that my smoothie was so full, it cage squeezing out through the lid so I accidentally spilled some on my shirt.

Ordered online and smoothie was ready to go when I got there!

I was the only one who entered the shop. I walked to the mobile pick up area and I wasn't greeted. I stood there for 10 minuets thinking I needed to wait for my order when it was already made. Multiple customers who came after me were already being helped. Very disappointed with the fact that I wasted 10 minuets standing there waiting for my smoothie when it was already made. That's the whole reason why I chose to complete a mobile order.

This place really sucks on wait time. Wait was 40 min for a smoothie. My oil change was done before my smoothie.

Great staff! Always smiling and helpful! Best juice/smoothie bar I've been to in a long time! They really know how to make the healthiest smoothies the right way and they taste GREAT!
