I ordered a smoothie and bowl thru app. I arrived earlier than state time. I had to ask if my order was done 10 mins later. Other customers were getting theirs. My order was not in the pick-up spot. Lady found my order, seemed like it had been sitting on the counter. Smoothie was liquid-y on top, and bowl acai was soft. IF my name had been called earlier, they didn't put in a refrigerated space? Isn't that standard practice? No apologies. On top of that, the taste of the new PBJ smoothies and bowl were not good. Presentation was poor.

Everyone at this location is amazing. But Kayla in particular deserves a special thank you. I was short for the price of a smoothie one night because I hadn’t gotten paid and she was kind enough to help me out. I brought the store some chocolate chip cookies as a thank you and will continue to bring the store homemade chocolate chip cookies whenever I can because that gesture was one of the kindest anyone has ever showed me as of late. In a time filled with rude customers, Karens, horrible treatment of retail employees and ungrateful attitudes, I feel that I need to make an extra effort to express my appreciation. Thank you all and thank you Kayla, your kindness has reinvigorated my trust and hope for society.

I tried to the new avocado smoothie. It was not blended enough and the avocado chunks left in the bottom were really not super tasty. I think that it is important that that particular smoothie is well blended.

Asked for bag and you would have thought you were asking for her paycheck. Bowls are nothing like they used to be before the franchise and when business first started. They are less than half filled with smoothie mix even though bowl container have gotten smaller over the years.

Mobile order pickup. Never greeted in store and was able to walk in and out with my order. Both orders did not follow instructions of the order and either gave wrong toppings or didn’t include toppings in smoothie bowls

Have always loved Nekter, but the 2 ordered items this time were both poorly made. The smoothie had no flavor and appeared to be watered down. The juice had so much ginger that it was impossible to drink straight. Should have contacted store, but items were delivered since home sick. Never had a problem with orders before, but this time the juices were awful! Hoping just a fluke or new staff member just learning.

I love your smoothies but today we ordered bowls and found the acai to not be very flavorful and watery. I asked for no strawberries but then my bowl was lacking fruit. I assumed mistakenly they would replace the strawberries with more blueberries and bananas. I get much better bowls at other places for less money. Maybe stick to smoothies
