I ordered a mobile order and as soon as I walked in the worker stopped what he was doing and asked to help me. My drink was ready and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I think it went very well! The line was very long when I got there so I mobile ordered instead. My order was ready in about 15 minutes even though incredibly busy in the store. While waiting one of your employees asked my name/order to make sure my ordered had not been missed. Overall I thought the speed of the process, the taste of my drink and care of the employees was exceptional.

I ordered my drink to be picked up by 4:20 I walked in at 4:30, the place was packed. I went to the pick up area and let her know I ordered online and my name. 30 minutes later after everyone left, she asked me again for my name, my drink was in the fridge the whole time. I stood there for 30 min for no reason other than she didn't take the time to hear what I was saying :(

I strongly dislike going to the location at the marketplace. The staff is rude, slow because they’re always hung up on having conversations pertaining to their social life. They will make you wait in line for 20 min only to inform you once you are at the register to order that their bowls take 45 min to make — what?! Hire new staff that appreciates what they do because the current staff is a poor representation of your brand. On every occasion I have visited this branch it’s the same issue. 4 people behind the counter & line was relatively short. I waited at pick up corner a few new before someone acknowledged & I asked about my online order. Girls said it wasn’t ready even though it was almost 20 minutes after requested pick up time. Another 5 min passed before another girl asked if I had been helped. I explained that I was waiting & she checked. It had been in the refrigerator, so the first girl was wrong & I was waiting unnecessarily. When I got home, I noticed my order was incorrect. One of the PB bowls was missing the cacao nibs & the other PB bowl seemed to be missing the blueberries requested. I plan on returning to the store today or tomorrow & requesting the bowls be made correctly since they were made differently than how they were specified in the online order. Wait time for mobile order over 5 minutes. For the cost of a smoothie at Nekter I do not agree with the wait time. Staffing needs to increase in this particular location.
