Normally is real good, last time it was disappointing the girls who gave us our order literally ignored us for about 5 min until the girl on the cashier ask us from across the room if we were waiting for an online order, they normally very friendly and greet you at soon as u walk in the room, she keep walking in front of us with out even trying, the bowls were like a 1/4 short on food that is rear because it never happened before so I thought it was new people working:(, we love this location and will go back

I thought with the amount of people who were working in this location it would take less time to receive my order paid online about 10 minutes prior to arrival. But, other than the time, service was excellent and the food is delightful.

I placed an order on line and waited at least 20 minutes at the Tustin location to get my toxin flush. The young lady working on my drink gave me 16 oz cup with ice which meant I did not get the full 16 ounce that I ordered. The 3 ladies working were extremely busy and I would say they were under staffed. The line for people waiting to order was 6 deep. One of the customers who had an ordered cancelled because it was taking too long. I go to Nekter in RSM near my house every morning and that location is much better run than this one in the Tustin Marketplace.

It's extremely hot and Nekter was extremely busy, so I completely understand that my order took a little longer than usual. However, my acai bowl tastes differently each time, and that is what kind of takes a star off for me. But the drinks are 9/10 always consistent.
