You need more manpower during lunch especially summer.

I ordered watermelon juice and matcha ice cream. Watermelon juice was ok. But ice cream was on one the worst one in the area. I am not sure if there was a manager on duty. Kitchen was in terrible condition. It looks no one cleaned this kitchen for years.

I ordered thru the Nékter app. When I arrived 5 min later my juice was ready! Amazing experience. Thank you

It was okay I had to wait in line to tell them that I had an online order they should know but they missed it

Store was very busy and not enough staff to manage guests. Online order took over 40 minutes. I have also ordered from this store before and order was lost. Also I had to wait 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me at the pickup counter. Staff was very rushed.

Ordered ahead and still not ready 45 minutes later. Should be able to get punches for each item. I sometimes spend up to $100 in a visit and only receive 1 punch.

The juice was amazing ! Thank you for making it a lot faster ! I'm glad that the make now option is improving !

My order was not ready at time of arrival which was the time the app said it would be ready.

So much less fruit than before, same with the last few orders. Not thrilled with the new version at all.

Got confirmation email for order at 12:09pm, stated order would be ready for pickup at 12:29. Order was not ready until 12:39. There was only one blender ever going off at a time, maybe more blenders would help with lunch rush?

I like this place, the new vegan ice cream is amazing

ive been getting bad orders lately i order twice a week and its either watery or not the correct order. so im ginna give this a break.
