Nekter Juice Bar - Tustin

I placed a mobile order and proceeded to pick it up in 15 minutes. When I arrived, I had to wait another 20 minutes. I won’t return to this location as I can’t spend 35 minutes waiting for two items.

The staff are friendly and professional. The product is always fresh and delicious.

Sometimes this location takes a while even when ordering ahead on the app but I did not have any problems today. I also have had some experiences when I have just constantly heard a worker who I am assuming is the manager just constantly yelling and nagging the other workers while I have been waiting. The one worker I talked to was very nice and polite.

This Nékter is always the slowest. I will order something through the app and it says 20 minutes which is already a really long time to wait for a juice (if I go to Whole Foods walk up to the counter and order with a line of people it doesn’t even take 10 minutes) and then I’ll show up 25 minutes later and my drink still won’t be ready. Unfortunately this is the closest one to me otherwise I would go to a different location. All other locations I have been to are much much quicker. I place an order on the app and it’s ready in 10 minutes with a line of people in the store.

Love, love, love Nekter! Fresh, quality, no hidden ingredients. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Sometimes the juices have grittiness/sandiness and taste like the veggies haven’t been washed thoroughly. I recently ended up with a bad episode if bloating and abdominal cramping after having a gritty juice!

Just doesn’t seem so clean and organized.
