Great. Came in for a bowl. The bowl was changed to a bigger size which was great. I go to the one in Irvine Woodbury and they still give out bowls in the small old bowls.

I ordered my drink on the app. They did have my order when I arrived but the quality of the drink was average. They didn’t put the extra ingredients I asked for but the line was so long, I decided to just settle since I was on a time crunch. I understand at the time of picking up my drink, it was busy but why sacrifice the taste on a 7 dollar smoothie? It’s becoming less worth it to me. :(

We get it, they hire young people, and they may be inexperienced and/or shy. BUT, they need to be able to communicate with customers waiting in the online order area. The staff at this location is consistently anti-social; totally different experience than the portola location.

I placed my order through the app for a pick up at a specified time. When I got to the store, they had never received the order even though I had online confirmation that it had been placed. The staff was apologetic and I ended up waiting about 15 minutes for my order to be made.
