This was the first time I ordered Nekter using their delivery service, and it went well. My office building is closed to visitors, which makes it difficult for delivery. However, the delivery man texted and called me to notify me he was here.

I usually order through the app and the team always gets my order right. My only feedback is to let me order my slender greens shake as soon as the store opens via the app. It won’t let me order until 715am.

Only issue I have is that the same drink I order never taste the same either to much ginger or to much lemon or not enough of either. Kinda feel like there is no consistency except with in the customer service

I love coming to Nekter. I ordered online for mobile pick up and I was really disappointed with my smoothie. It was so liquidy and really funny. I’ve never had a smoothie like that from Nekter before. It also didn’t taste as flavorful. The smoothie was more like a juice. I will continue to come to Nekter I was just disappointed in the smoothie especially because of the price I paid for it.
