The drinks were amazing the Uber delivery could use a little work. It took him 40 minutes to deliver and he ended up at the wrong address.

I arrived early to pick up the order I placed through the app,and the girl behind the counter said "oh,I gave your bowl to somebody else. It'll be just a few minutes." without an apology or any sense of remorse.
She then started making me a new one and asking what I ordered on it.
It gave me the feeling like she wasn't even making the right one.
I left with a total lack of confidence in that location

I placed an order online. Got to the store to pickup. Was told system was down and they never got my order. I was not refunded but instead given a coupon for a free drink for next time. This was very inconvenient. I called to get my refund and left a vm. Call still has not been returned. Would like to get my refund.
