I made a pick up order for a 2 day juice cleanse, set for pick up at 7:00 pm. I got there at 7:15pm, and the store was closed. Sign states the store closes at 8:00 pm and no additional sign stating that they’ll close earlier. I understand that times really do suck, but a warning or message would have been appreciated. Sadly, the app won’t let me cancel my order either.

Friendly and fast service! Had a bad customer service experience there a couple years ago with one of the managers who used to work there but it’s much better my last two trips there.

Unfortunately this experience was not good. Ordered two 24oz ******** through the app and when picking up order were told no cucumber or celery. Almost all juice drinks on your menu require at least one of those ingredients so to order another drink was difficult as well.
