Their Acai bowls are completely watered down. They need to add coconut water, or some type of liquid to their Acai, which seems like they are trying to get away with serving less Acai. My bowl looked like cereal after 2 minutes of stirring everything together.

Why is everything at this location so watered down, the açaí bowl I ordered the other day was and now this smoothie … other locations I’ve gone to taste different

I love this location. The staff is always friendly and the smoothie hits the spot every time! Popeyes Açaí is my go to!

My experience at the orange store was great. I usually go to the one on Baker in Costa Mesa. Several months ago, my order from there was incorrect. I have celiac and cannot have gluten, because of some of the observable errors ( chocolate drizzle instead of peanut butter) I could not eat my bowl and had to throw it away. I sent a complaint in but no one has gotten back to me. These bowls aren’t cheap and to have to throw one away is not very fun. I’m not sure if you can do anything- but I just thought I would put it out there

I love this place! And I think the changes/additions to the menu are going in the right direction. That being said, I would appreciate more consistency across stores and even within the same stores. It feels like topping portions and add ins are always different. Sometimes I add chia seed pudding and it fills half the bowl, sometimes it’s a thin layer along the top. Sometimes the cocowhip is a little dollop in the corner and sometimes it covers the entire top of the bowl. Even the cut fruit is never portioned out the same. Given that the bowls are so expensive, it would be nice to be able to order the same thing repeatedly and be able to know what to expect.

The worst açaí bowl I've ever had. I picked it up 2 acai bowls and started eating it in the car on the way to LA. It tasted nothing like açaí just pure powder with no fruit flavor whatsoever. I'm so disappointed. I called, and the woman told me they can't do anything unless I come back. Mind you, I'm 9 months pregnant and live far away in Seal Beach. I can't just drive back. I'm honestly so sad what a waste of money. 0 stars for flavor, 0 stars for service. Never going to Nekter again. Like it doesn't even look like Açaí i don't know what they made me.

Like the people, store was clean, they forgot a couple things in my bowl, but it tasted okay.

The bowl was great, but the customer service could be better. I often feel ignored when I come in to pick up or place an order by the girl employee (blonde). I try to be friendly and she hardly acknowledges me or anyone else. It's just rude and unwelcoming.

Love the menu items but whenever I mobile order, it is never correct. Today I ordered a mango bowl with no bananas on top and they put the bananas on top. ugh so frustrating because this happens almost everytime.

Honestly I love Nekter and I go here because its so close, but this location is terribly inconsistent. I order the same thing and its always different. Sometimes toppings are missing or the color of the Acai is lighter or darker. When I ask about it, they throw away the one they made and make a new one. Its weird. Is been like this for years!

Came in on vacation knowing that I like the nekter back home. This one was good as expected. Service was good overall but we were not greeted when we walked in even though it was empty. There was a misunderstanding in ordering a smoothie instead of a bowl which the girl kindly offered to fix. We all enjoyed our food, though the chia seed pudding was clumpy in a weird way for some reason. Overall would recommend :)

Great place to grab a little protein bowl when you’re on the go clean good service quick when they are not busy

I’ve tried the almond bowl so far and it was very good.
