It wasn’t great sadly..My bowl was kinda gross today. Super runny like a smoothie and no agave at all. I’m super boring and go to my Nekter multiple times a week and get the same bowl every time. The only thing that’s sometimes different with my order is if I get extra agave, which I did today and there was none at all. I normally wouldn’t have cared but I’m super sick and this bowl was literally the only thing that sounded good to me. Kind of a bummer! However the kids that work here are awesome, I always tip them no matter what because they’re kind and always working hard!😊

The employees are always super nice and working hard! Of all the Nekter’s (and I love me some Nekter bowls so I go there a lot ) your store is my fave!

My only complaint, we ordered two very similar bowls with a one boost difference. There were no markings on the lids or containers to let us know if which was which. Previously, someone had written which one was different on the lid. Other than that, we loved our bowls.

Love coming and enjoy the employees. I typically always order the same thing, acai bowls however it seems like now the amount is only about 1/3 of the cup. I’ve noticed this in my last few orders and it seems to be getting lower and lower. For the price and quantity I don’t think we will be buying from Nekter anymore.

Well i ordered a bowl, and when it had a few slices of strawberries and when i asked why she said you only get 1. yours must have been a small one. you would think she would offer to add another

First off I love Nekter and the awesome kids that work at my closest store! They’re always happy, kind and my açaí banana berry bowl always rocks! 🤘🏻Today not so much. I used a reward last night online because it was going to expire. It was a buy one bowl get one 50% off. I ordered last night for pick up today 10/9. I noticed the bowls were about 1/2 full with literally no granola, maybe a sprinkle at best. Normally the bowl is to the top of the lid but not this time. It made me think that because I got a deal that u make them a little smaller than normal? I can take a photo to show? I sent one of the bowls with my daughter today for her breakfast so I only have a picture of one of them. If that’s a normal occurrence then my bad, I will just know going forward it will be less filled with a deal. Thanks so much!😊 Robyn Pone

My bowls which I ordered on line we ready on time.

I ordered two bowls. One of the bowls was not what I ordered. I ordered a regular PB Bowl, no extras. I believe I received a berry bowl with chia inside and one of the items on top was a strawberry purée. This is the first time I’ve received a wrong item. I only ate half of the bowl. Service was still fine. Mix ups happen. Oh well.
