We came to this location twice this week. Overall the açaí bowls were good. Service was good but they didn’t let us come in to get our bowls because we didn’t have masks. We are young and healthy masks are actually worse for you if you’re healthy. It lowers your oxygen levels.

It was great !! The Orange location is hard to get at because the In-N-Out burger car line blocks the entrance to Nektar. This should be addressed due to near accidents that routinely occur

The young woman working wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. No “you’re welcome”, “have a good evening” or “thank you for coming in”.
Another thing is it is pretty gross to receive an unwrapped straw.. I don’t know when the last time she washed her hands was or if she was handling some other customers money/card prior. Just don’t give straws if they can’t come wrapped during a pandemic.

Phone doesn’t work and I’ve been trying to reach them about a charge on my card that should have been for a different location. Insanely annoyed. After looking at other reviews seems to be their thing to ignore customers and not answer their phone dating back to 2 years ago. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere because they’re not changing anything anytime soon it seems. update: they did give me my money back but needed to email three different emails and post this review. 🤷♀️
