50 percent juice redemption did not work, and another time the free upgrade was applied but in store at pickup it was not applied, they mentioned they don't see promotions or comments on their end, also they put ginger when I said no ginger on order.

My order was poorly made. Cup was underfilled by an inch. Whey protein was clumpy and the extra peanut butter I paid for could not be tasted therefore I am left to assume it wasn't added to my order.

I got a ace berry bowl and I didn’t know they used a nut milk which I’m allergic to cashews and peanuts I feel like they need to have a warning sign with bigger print so people can see it .
Ordered ahead of time online. Got there 10 min after. Order wasn’t ready yet the shorter employee was just facing the other employees talking… then says “oh that ticket just came up” (10 min later?) extra ginger request was ignored. This week alone I went to the Huntington location, the Tustin location… orange always seems to not hit the same as the other stored. This isn’t my first similar experience with this location. The shorter Hispanic woman always seems to hate being at work.
