I had made an online order upon getting there the customer service was not the best no greetings just asked if I had a mobile order. I had requested mango as an extra topping on my bowl but there was no mango on my bowl.

The girls working there are not friendly and don’t have any customer service skills whatsoever. I walk in and ask for my mobile order with my name. Then they all just stare at each other and don’t say anything to each other or to me. One girl looks around looking for a drink then asks me what I ordered. I tell her and once again they all look at each other clueless and one girl goes to the fridge to grab it. The time I went before that, I walked in 5 mins after my drink was supposed to be ready and it still wasn’t ready. It was ready 10 mins later even though every customer in the store at the time had already left. I ordered a turmeric shot and was given a ginger shot. I am very patient and understand mistakes are made but this stores employees pay no attention to detail and are not very friendly. They all seem to be mad at each other when customers walk in. They’re unorganized and could benefit from some work ethic training.

Ordered online. The order was not received, so makes sense it wasn’t made by the time I arrived. As I searched for order confirmation on my phone the order arrived. Instead of making the order right away or right after I showed my confirmation the 3 girls working talked about their night out with their friends lengthily. It’s ok to talk while working but dont just stand there and do nothing. Multitask.
