The girl that provided me with my drinks gave me the wrong drinks. I told her they were the wrongs ones and she said good Thing you know what you ordered. She thought I was wrong but luckily her coworker was there to correct her and make sure I got the right drinks.

Quick because wasn’t busy at all, I order on the app. I’m new to Nekter and just been trying variety of the menu items which have been tasty and refreshing. However during busy rush time hours estimation are off and you do have to wait 10-15mins past pick up time even it you order on the app which happen last time for me at RSM location during my lunch break. I’m assuming due to walk-ins and orders being placed at once. Now that I know I can plan my order accordingly. So I have time to pick up and eat during my lunch.

The drinks are always delicious. Today during my visit I was not acknowledged at all until I had to remind the girl at the counter I had walked in and was waiting for my drink. A little customer service is all I'm asking for. Otherwise the drink was delicious.
