They didn’t have my order ready because they were out of one of the ingredients. They offered a substitute and had it ready within a few minutes. They also offered a ginger shot or turmeric shot for the inconvenience (I was on a short work break). That was very thoughtful! Great customer service

The staff at the Lake Forest Nekter is always so wonderful and kind! They’re always very quick and efficient at their job while having a lovely attitude and personality. I come to this location often because of the staff.

This was one of the better PB&Choc. Last time I ordered online it was not as thick as usual (and I picked up earlier than pick-up time given) This order was perfectly made

This location is always EXCELLENT! My drinks are usually delicious and consistent. Plus, it was ready before the projected time. This store should be a training center for many surrounding locations in Orange County. The one closer to my house usually won’t have my drink ready on time.

Best Nekter store in Orange County. No joke. Blows the Irvine and Tustin locations out of the water, especially in customer service. The associates are friendly, professional and make you feel like you're their best friend. Every time I come in, they know my name. What an honor! Honestly, the other locations act like they're doing you a favor by taking your order. I love this store. Keep doing what you're doing.

The services in the store is good, however I dont like it when a place a mobile order, that your company be default is adding a tip to the order. I feel that is misleading and all that tipping seems to get too crazy these days. By default there should not be ANY tip, and give customer the OPTION to ADD a tip, not opposite. Unless you change your policy, I will not make any more mobile orders with your company
