Nekter Juice Bar - Tempe

My first time ordering online...I loved it! First time trying the Buzz juice... not a fan and it was very hard to finish

First timer, and I was very impressed! Felt great at work all day!

I have had average to good customer service at other nekter locations. However, customer service at this location was poor, and I do not intend to come back to this location. If an inexperienced employee doesn’t know how to do something, I would think she could ask for help or instruction from a senior employee, instead of just trying to figure it out on her own, making mistakes and wasting customer time

It was great! There is one or two workers there that aren't helping it be amazing. But other than that everyone else is very nice and really try to make there customers happy.

I placed my order through the app at around 5p to be ready for pickup at 6p. Got there at 610p and they were still making the drinks. What’s the point of pick up times if they are not adhered to? And with an hour’s notice to be prepared and ready?

I love going to Nekter before my workout so I have something delicious and nutritious to sip on while I lift. It also means I don't have to run home and make a protein shake really quick or miss my replenishment window.

So I’m confused, why is it when you place an order and you call the store ahead of time to ensure the products you want are there and they are then you place the order and then drive from San Tan Valley to Tempe to grab them your told that your order is not picked and ready and then they are out of one of the items you wanted but clearly they had it when you called. If the order would have been picked then (when I called) this would not have been an issue.

Tasted great! I was a regular at my local in Austin TX and Nekter is a close 2nd! What I would change: the music was TOO loud! You couldn’t chat or make a call inside. Also the blenders were too loud. They even dround out the too loud music. That has got to be hard on the employees!

Did the mobile order, said 20 mins. Really took about 40... 40 mins to make a juice, it’s not the staffs fault it is management..Tempe is busy, it’s small store, hire more people. I hate coming to this location, would rather drive 10 mins to Mesa.

i love this nékter the most out of all the ones i’ve been to. i like how this one is fun and the music is higher than others because it is a mini jam fest while listening to music. the employees are great, especially the one that wears crocs. and they are really loose and seem fun. i prefer this one over dana park because dana park is quiet and it seems like the people try not to interact with customers

It was fine, the girl at the register wasn't the friendliest but she did seem busy so no worries there.

The order was ready faster than expected and the worker was very friendly and eager to help me. Also the bowl and smoothie were great!
