I've been very happy with Nekter since my first encounter with the glorious acai bowl. Now, I am an addict. One thing that is troublesome, however, is my experience picking up my online order. Often, I become a counter-hanger-oner. What is that, you may ask? Someone who goes to the pick-up counter (where one should go for a pick-up order) and has to awkwardly stand around until a member of staff asks if they have a pick-up order. Unfortunately, I have had to wait a substantial amount of time before someone acknowledges my presence on many, many occasions. This is the reason for my #9 marking above. Although the bowls are a major source of my pride and joy and nutrition, the customer service I've had at Nekter (at more than one location) makes me a lil sad and unwanted. I'm sure that this can be fixed by reminding employees to assist those pesky counter-hanger-oners. Thank you for listening.

I absolutely love Nekter...I normally visit the 44th St location daily. However, every time I place an order at the Tempe Marketplace location using my app, the drink is never correct. Today I had a coworker pick up my Toxin Flush and it's horrible. It's not a toxin flush at all. I have written in before and never heard back. I'm thinking I simply can't order from the marketplace location because it's a waste of money to continually receive the wrong drink. I think it's that the app may not deliver the proper info- I always ask for extra ginger and lemon. There is zero ginger or lemon in today's drink. Sorry for the bad review, but it's disappointing to continually receive incorrect drink orders.

Nektar has amazing juices and smoothies. It's fun and satisfying to watch them feed all of the fruits, veggies, etc into the blender. Our favorites are the Healthnut and the Flamingo. I would give it five stars if it weren't as pricey and would go 10 times more often.
I've been here a few times. I've had the smoothies and the juices, and they are really good and very healthy. I would recommend trying this place, it's great!
