I was charged $16.48 for a bowl that costs $10. At first they charged $13 and made for me the $10 one and I asked and the lady told me that they would refund the over charge. To make it worse she added another $3 and that's how I was charged $16.48. I have evidence and anyway they can check on August 5th. I feel so robbed for whatever I got and to make matters worse they added more to the bill. Someone needs to be honest and stop with this unprofessional behavior. I will NEVER go back there.

I ordered this tonight off Uber Eats and they sent me a half filled bowl. Uber said it was the stores issue not theirs so no refund or replacement. Extremely disappointing that they would send it out half full. Do some quality control.

Very unsatisfied. I order the superfood bowl and got no drizzle no chia seeds no cocoa nibs. It’s one thing if they’re busy but the employees were talking in the back when I came and had no sense of ergency.

I like it better now. Awhile ago, it seemed the Bowls were not as full as the other stores. I quit going to the Tempe location for some time because the portions were smaller and not full as compared to the 2 Mesa locations. When I mentioned it to the staff, they were argumentative. Unbelievable. Now, it has improved. When you're spending $13 on a bowl, it's expected to get what is paid for.

Nekter Juice Bar at Tempe Marketplace is my go‑to for fresh smoothies and acai bowls! The acai bowl was watery with hardly any flavor. The bananas were overripe. Not the quality of product that I usually expect from nektar.

the only thing worth while is the açaí bowl. the smoothies have 0 flavor whatsoever!!! very disappointed ☹️

Me and my boyfriend went in today 2/20. It was a guy, tall girl with bun and shorter girl working. The guy at the register was very nice. We ordered an acai bowl and berry banana burst with yogurt in it. My boyfriend saw that the scoop of yogurt was sitting on the bottom of the cup so he asked the (tall girl with the bun) if she could blend the yogurt, the girl word for word said “we’re not allowed to blend yogurt” meaning she made up her own company policy just so she didn’t have to get the blender dirty again. The guy coworker also gave her a look as if he was shocked that she said that, so then i knew she was being rude about it and lazy. We called a different Nekter and they said they were able to do that meaning she couldn’t do the bare minimum. His smoothie was watery and so was my acai bowl and it normally isn’t. It took her 2 minutes to make it and she simply couldn’t fix his order cause it was too much of a hassle. She could’ve done it right in the first place. Couldn’t make it right nor redo it…. There was also no one in the store, I would’ve understood a bit if it was busy.
