Fantastic! Very friendly and the acai bowl was delicious!!!

Always super quick at nektar. I mobile ordered and I did get there early and was pleasantly surprised it was already ready! My go to for a delicious acai bowl

I ordered online and when we arrived Both items not available. The manager offered us a substitute and that was also not available. It not was becoming annoying but the manager did keep asking us what else we wanted. He also gave us a free smoothie card for next time. We then decided on a bowl and it really did not taste correct. Almost watered down and not much flavor to the base. I will say the past few.times of coming there the taste has been off. We will come back and try again . Thank you

I won't be going to this location no more maybe I'll drive far out to the old one I used to go lately they haven't been filling up the the açaí bowls and it hasn't been worth the prices they only filljng half way it's so disappointing I went in for two pay extra for extra ingredients like peanut butter and things for them not to even give me the peanut butter I had to go back and tell them yet they get upset and pretend they don't hear you and he didn't even give my receipt to fill a claim 23$ for two açaí bowl and to not get what you pay for and nor get filled properly it's upsetting also trying your best to tell them kindly what was missing and get mad is frustrated we love these after sports or exercising but need find a other location to go to

Our family often go to Nekter and spend alot on the bowls and ice cream. The service is as best of what the employees can do. Meaning, the Tempe location is very busy and there is a long line which means a long wait. For the amount of people working, it isn't enough to have 2 people serve that many customers. Sometimes there are 3 servers. And, most of the time, they look stressed out and hardly smile. I don't blame them. They are bombarded with never ending orders with not enough help. I actually feel bad ordering at the Tempe location because it's giving them another burden to fufill. And, I've gotten premade bowls that are half melted which makes the bowls turn into a soupy mess. Another occurrence is the bowls are not consistently made. I've gotten a HALF filled bowl or not as full. Because of this, we've been been going to the Mesa and Ahwatukee locations on our way home from work. The employees at those locations greet you with a smile, are happy and convey care. And, we get our orders in a timely manner and never gotten a soupy melted bowl and various levels of fill volume, especially half full.

The employees here have zero regards for people with food allergies. I had ordered delivery requesting no banana in my food due to the fact that I am allergic, they did not adhere to my request to have my dragon fruit bowl made without banana. I placed my order a second time in hopes that I would be actually able to eat my food, and while the banana topping was not added, they had still blended it into my bowl. I find this out after taking a bite and having an allergic reaction to my food. If you value your health, do not eat here. It is hazardous.

I ordered on the app and couldn’t see how to substitute blueberries for apples on my bowl. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff when I picked up my order.

Only thing I would say is I ordered the blue vanilla drizzle as a free item to try it out, I didn’t notice it at all. Either it was not on there or I didn’t notice the taste? I didn’t see anything visibly so I’m not sure it was included, and knowing only what I know, I won’t order the drizzle again for a cost. Other than that I always love the bowls and it was still delicious.

It was excellent as always. I could live off of these acai bowls every day!

I go here occasionally but try not to because the workers are always so rude. I've never been greeted, smiled at, or thanked at this location. The bowls are tasteless in comparison to other local places and the experience sucks. The workers literally act like you're an inconvenience. Take your business elsewhere if you can lol

My friend and I are trying to check out healthier places such as this one and we were not disappointed! She got a pumpkin spice smoothie and I got the acai peanut butter bowl. Both were delicious! Unlike other places I've checked out, the strawberry and banana slices weren't overripe and they both had a distinct strawberry or banana flavor. The granola on top was very good and there was plenty of it, which I appreciated! It was quite expensive but it filled us both up so it was worth the money!
