I always come here and get the same thing. Sometimes my bowl can be perfect other times missing things. Today I ordered an extra side the cacao nibs and didn’t get any. My bowl also had missing toppings that are already included.

Usually I love nektar, but the experience at this location was so bad. I went with two of my friends and two of us got the banana berry açaí bowl and the other one got a different bowl, so they just made the two banana berry ones in the same blender which makes sense, but they gave us practically no smoothie. The one who ordered a different kind had hers filled to the top like all of mine have been at all the other nektars i’ve been to- the smoothie filled up most of the bowl and the fruit filled it the rest of the way to the top. When the banana berry ones came out, the smoothie was barely 1/4th of the way up the container and the fruit went to about half. I’ve honestly gotten more smoothie when i’ve split the bowl and gotten 2 smaller ones for only one extra dollar. There were 2 people working, one guy and one girl. I decided to ask the girl if we could have more açaí or something because she was the one who made our smoothie, and she just cluelessly looked over at the guy. I repeated the question to him and his answer was “no, those meet our standards.” i showed him how much more my friends who got hers made separate got and he just said that sometimes they have a little extra and hook the lucky customers up. It’s been like 2 weeks and I still get mad thinking about the experience. It was ridiculous and the first bad experience i’ve ever had at a Nektar. If you have a choice, go to a different location. And if that really is Nektar’s standard, go to a different place altogether.

They forgot an ingredient in my açaí bowl for my pickup order and I didn’t realize until after I left :(

I was happy with the quick speed of service I experienced. I was disappointed with the amount placed in my bowl. Other locations have filled more of the container.

I was thrilled to find a Nectar close to me at my new residence and that my favorite item, Protein Power Bowl was on the menu. It was just as delicious and satisfying as I remember it. Thank you!

Came here twice and both times the açaí bowl is completely flavorless and watery. It says it's made with cashew milk, and it's very hard to believe. It tastes like it's blended with water and ice. Bananas and strawberries were sweet and ripe and the granola was crunchy, but the actual açaí bowl was nasty- like eating purple ice. Didn't even taste any açaí

I like the taste of the popeyes acai smoothie and the beet juice. My husband and I both love it.

I love Nektar and generality have a great experience at all locations. This was my third time at this location, and the first two times were great. Unfortunately, this time I received my acai bowl and it was only half full. I did snap a picture, but there isn't a way to share the picture here. I would have said something at the time but I had someone else run in and grab my online order because my daughter was sleeping in the car and I didn't want to wake her.

The guy that took the order didn’t sit well with me. I asked a yes or no question and he proceeded to get smart and explain something I didn’t ask questions about. I tried to let them know I didn’t want granola in my bowl but I’m the side and because I was throwed off by his vibe at the register and they were just talking and no one acknowledged me. So when it was done he slide the bowl and I told him I wanted granola on the side he then said I should of told him at the register and trashed the whole bowl with an attitude when all he had to do was just give me granola on the side rather I had to pay for it or not. And filled the bowl up then became petty and took the açaí mix out the bowl so it was Less in the bowl. Someone can call me at this point.

Customer service needs work. A small blonde female worker there needs to be friendly to POC. Verbally she was friendly, but her facial expressions were not. Otherwise, I love ordering items off the menu there. The açaí bowls are always delicious.

Absolute WORST smoothy and Acai bowl. Customer service was nill after the taller girl hot rejected. I waited for 10 minutes AFTER my milk smoothy was served before i got a nasty acai bowl. Shame in yall for taking peoples money for the food/service offered last night.

I got an açaí bowl and it had absolutely no flavor. It was extremely watery as if it was blended with water. There were 3 small pieces of a strawberry, just one strawberry cut in 3.

I've always been to this place and today was not okay. Made a smoothie, it was separated & watery. My bowl barely any fruit on it & strawberries were spoiled i just through it out.

One star is too forgiving! I ordered an Açaí bowl add goji berries, and my husband had to go back because Michael charged for the berries, but did not add them. I asked my husband to return it as the base tasted bland and watered down. He called the Tempe Marketplace location, and the Shift Supervisor, Michael told him to just come back later that night. He went back and then Michael said he could not issue a return/refund/remake the bowl because we did not bring the bowl and he did not have authority to open the register. He told my husband to come back the next day. He went back and then Michael said the same thing even though he told him to come back. I decided to call the store to get in touch with the manager and coming back twice was a waste of both time and gas. Michael was the only person there and said that there was nothing he could do and told me that he had other customers to deal with and that this is not his fault. I asked why he told us to come back if he couldn’t refund us, and he responded “I thought my manager would be here, it’s not my fault she didn’t show up to work today.” He was very rude and expressed that my issue was not in his priority as he said “I have other customers to tend to.” I asked for the name of the manager and he said a name which i could not hear. I asked him again, and he responded “I just told you, Megan.” It’s sad to me that an issue so simple could not be handled with kindness nor respect. I don’t expect someone titled “shift supervisor” to talk to customers this way nor lead the store with such an unforgiving attitude.
